Know which assets need attention first

A complete condition-scoring application for power transformers, shown here on a fleet of 22 units. It is the base of our asset health solution.

Fleet overview: average health gauge, assets needing action, alarm trend, health by band, health against age, risk matrix, and a ranked worklist.
Per-asset breakdown of points lost by area, next to a dissolved gas diagnosis using the Duval triangle and pentagon.
Line drawing of a transformer with each measured area linked to its condition and number of readings.
  • One index per asset

Every check becomes a condition score, rolled up by area into a 0 to 100 index with a band and a recommended action.

  • Rules you can read

Weights, score tables and bands live in a ruleset, with an impact preview before any change is published.

  • Explained, check by check

Each score shows which readings cost points, and the dissolved gas results are read with standard diagnostic methods.

  • Alarms and reports

An alarm list with a working lifecycle, a live telemetry view, and printable A4 reports per asset and for the fleet.

02 · Sales

Find and reach the right buyers

Our own account-based outreach system, running on AWS. We built it for our own sales and use it for our own outreach. It is the base of our outreach automation work.

Outreach review queue: researched accounts with their stage, a drafted first email waiting for approval with research notes, and sent and reply counts for the last 30 days.
  • Accounts and research

Target accounts, contacts and research notes in one dashboard, with role-based access for each user.

  • Drafts, then approval

First emails are drafted with Bedrock and wait in a review queue for a person to approve them.

  • Sending done properly

Email goes out through Amazon SES, with unsubscribe and bounce handling.

  • Events, automatically

Opens, replies, bounces and unsubscribes flow back through a queue and update each contact.

03 · Solar

Daily solar plant reports, automatic

A daily plant report: generation against expected, the causes of any shortfall, and field issues captured from WhatsApp. Transformer health comes from our asset scoring engine, which works today. See solar plant reporting.

Daily report for a 47.3 MWp solar plant: generation against expected in 15-minute intervals, a 2.14% shortfall split into soiling, an inverter trip and a string fuse, an inverter table and field issues reported over WhatsApp.
