How we hire

Four steps, with nothing hidden.

  1. Apply by email

    Your CV and one thing you have built or written yourself: a repository, a project, a piece of work you are proud of.

  2. Short screening questions

    A few written questions about the role, so we can see how you think before we meet.

  3. Interview in person

    A conversation in our Ahmedabad office. We always meet in person before any offer.

  4. Written offer

    Role, terms and start date in writing, so both sides know exactly what was agreed.

Gen AI Engineer (Intern)

Engineering · Internship, six months · Ahmedabad, on site

Six months to turn project experience into production experience.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain FastAPI services that run in production
  • Work on retrieval and agent pipelines: chunking, retrieval, evaluation and the failure paths
  • Write SQL against real data, and understand what the query plan is telling you
  • Have your code reviewed, and review others'

What we look for

  • Python you have written yourself, outside coursework, that we can read
  • Enough SQL to write a join and a group-by without looking it up
  • Some exposure to LLM work; curiosity about why things break matters more than depth
  • A B.Tech or B.E. in IT, Computer Science or Computer Engineering, completed or in your final year

Sales Development Representative

Sales · Full time · Ahmedabad, on site

Start conversations with operations and technology leaders, mostly in the United States, and turn the right ones into first calls.

What you will do

  • Research target accounts and the people worth contacting
  • Write first emails that are specific, short and worth replying to
  • Qualify honestly, and drop prospects who are not a fit
  • Book first calls and keep the pipeline accurate

What we look for

  • One to three years of B2B selling, with a real target you can talk about
  • Written and spoken English good enough for a US buyer
  • Able to work US-overlap evening hours from our Ahmedabad office
  • Enough technical curiosity to explain an API or a dashboard in plain words
