Energy and utilities
Know which asset needs you next, and report every plant before breakfast.
We build software for utilities, transmission companies and plant operators: asset health scoring, outage planning, plant reporting and field capture, on top of the data you already collect.
What gets in the way
The problems we hear most, and what we build for each.
-
Know which transformer needs you next
One condition score per asset from oil tests, monitoring and inspections, with the reasons behind it and the action it calls for.
-
Plan outages and budgets from one list
A ranked worklist that outage planning, maintenance and finance all work from.
-
Daily plant reports without spreadsheets
Generation against expected for every plant, ready to send to owners every morning.
-
Explain every shortfall
Each lost megawatt-hour split into soiling, trips and curtailment, with the evidence attached.
-
Field reports that don’t get lost in WhatsApp
Photos and voice notes from technicians turned into tracked issues against the right asset.
Works with lab results, control-room (SCADA) data, inverter data and work-order systems.
What it looks like
One screen your team checks every day.
A sensible first step
Start with one pilot.
Condition scores for one substation group or one asset class, checked against what your engineers already know.
What to expect
No surprises, from the first call.
Fixed price, agreed before we start
You know what the pilot costs and what it delivers before any work begins.
A first working version in 4–6 weeks
Something running on your own data that your team can try, not a slide deck.
You own the code and the data
Everything we build is yours, in your accounts, with the documentation to run it.
You can stop after the pilot
If it doesn't earn its place, you walk away with what was built and owe nothing more.
Why owners work with us
Five things you can count on.
You talk to the builders
The people on your call are the people who write the code, so nothing gets lost in a handover.
We run our own software
Our own outreach system runs in production, so we know what it takes to keep software working.
You own everything
Code, data and documentation sit in your accounts. You're never locked in.
A fixed price first
You get the price in writing before any work starts.

Questions
What owners ask us first.
What will it cost, roughly?
It depends on what you need, so we don’t publish prices. After a free 30-minute call we send a fixed price for the pilot, in writing, before any work starts.
Do I have to change my control-room, lab or work-order systems?
No. We work with the control-room, lab or work-order systems you already have, through its exports or connections. Nothing you run today has to be replaced.
I only have one plant. Is this for me?
Yes. A pilot for one plant is a normal place to start, and it’s priced for the size of the job. If it works, the same thing extends to more plants and substations later.
Is my data safe?
We sign an NDA before you share anything, work inside your own accounts where we can with only the access the job needs, and delete our copies when the work ends. Your data is not used to train AI models.
How long until I see something?
A first working version on your own data in 4–6 weeks. Not slides: something your team can use.
What happens after the pilot?
You decide. Roll it out to more plants and substations, have us keep it running and improving, or take the code and documentation and run it yourselves. You can also stop there and owe nothing more.
