Who we are
This website is run by M/s HK Datacrest, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (“HKDataCrest”, “we”). For anything about your data, email hkdc@hkdatacrest.com.
Your choice comes first
Analytics and marketing tools do not load, and set no cookies, until you allow them in the cookie banner. If you choose “Reject all”, or simply ignore the banner, they stay off. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. When you withdraw consent, we delete the cookies and stored IDs we can reach on our own domain and reload the page. Cookies that providers set on their own domains can be removed from your browser settings.
Your choice itself is stored in your browser (local storage, key hkdc-consent) for about
six months, then the banner asks again.
What we collect
When you contact us or book a call
If you email us or book a call, we receive what you send: usually your name, email address, company and message. Bookings are handled by Cal.com, which receives the details you enter in its booking form. We use this only to reply, arrange the call and follow up on what you asked about, and keep it for as long as we need it for that conversation and our business records.
The booking tool loads from Cal.com when you hover over, tap or focus a booking button. Cal.com and its security provider may set a short-lived security cookie on cal.com at that point.
Analytics (only if you allow it)
Google Analytics 4 tells us which pages are visited, how people arrive and roughly where they are, so we can improve the site. Microsoft Clarity shows how pages are used, such as clicks, scrolling and session replays, so we can find what is confusing.
Marketing (only if you allow it)
Apollo helps us recognise which companies visit the site, and can pre-fill company details in forms, so our sales team can follow up with relevant businesses.
Things every visit involves
Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to serve and protect the site. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files are fetched. Neither sets cookies on this site.

Lifetimes are what these tools set today and can change when the providers update them.
How long data is kept
- Google Analytics keeps event data for the retention period set on our property. Google offers 2 or 14 months; ask us if you want to know which applies.
- Microsoft Clarity and Apollo keep data under their own retention policies, linked below.
- Emails and booking details stay with us for as long as we need them for the conversation and our business records.
Who else sees it
Data collected through these tools is processed by the providers named above, who may store it outside India. Their policies explain how: Google, Microsoft, Apollo, Cal.com and Vercel.
Your choices
You can change your cookie choice at any time, clear cookies in your browser, or email hkdc@hkdatacrest.com to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. We'll reply as soon as we can.
